User can easily report any incidents that occur in the workplace at anytime.

All incidents are investigated by a nominated person with 2-way communication between the investigator and the User.

All incidents and investigation communications are recorded.


The Incidents module provides a a quick and easy way for Users to report any incidents that occur in the workplace.

The Administrator configures initial investigator(s) who will be alerted when incidents are reported.

The investigator can invite any other User to join the case to assist with resolving the incident.

The Incident module supports 2-way communications between the User and investigation team for clarification questions and feedback.
