Users can self-manage certificates and registrations required by the organisation.

All certificates and registration are verified and stored in one central location.

Reminder emails are sent out prior to expiration dates and if lapsed, an alert is sent to the organisation.


The Certificates module manages User certificates or registrations that are required for a particular job function.

Users can upload their own current certificates and/or existing certificates can be uploaded by the Administrator.

A notification will be sent to the User when a certificate expiry date is due.

The Administrator will receive notification of all users that have lapsed certifications.
